South Shore Yacht Club has a new clubhouse and facility in Newport Beach, California.
It is located on 1099 Bayside Dr. (corner of Jamboree Rd.) We are open seven
days a week. Come in and visit us!!!
SSYC is a member of US Sailing, Southern California Yachting Association (SCYA)
, Yacht Racing Union of Southern Cal, and the Orange Coast Association of Yacht
Clubs. SSYC was established 1957 in Newport Beach.
The club sponsors cruising, social, racing, and junior activities with more than 25 club sponsored on-the-water events each year.
SSYC has a unique tradition of friendship and informality, which offers a special
place for every boater. The club offers a number of membership types available. We are currently looking for new members! Special membership packages are also
available for previous members who would like to re-join.
