RULES. Event will be governed by the 2001-2004 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing(RRS); NOR; and Sailing Instructions.

CLASSES. All yachts sailing in spinnaker classes must send a current PHRF certificate with entry. Yachts sailing in non-spinnaker (cruising class) need not be members of PHRF. Classes will be determined by number of entries and ability of boats to compete against each other.

FEES. Entry fee is $60.00 per boat. Late entry fee after July XX is $70.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. Friday July 27, 1800 (6:00) Skippers Meeting followed by a no host Bar-B-Q dinner. Saturday July 28, First warning 1100 hours. Sunday July 29, Trophies 1830 hours (6:30)
